What Makes a Beach Attendant?

Beach Attendant responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Welcome guests to the beach and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service. Ensure guests are aware of all services available on the beach. Set-up beach equipment in designated area. Oversee the general cleanliness and upkeep of the beach area. Break-down and store beach equipment properly and other duties as assigned

A Day in the Life:

  • You will resolve guest complaints - ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • You will maintain complete knowledge at all times of: Hotel features/services, hours of operation
  • Scheduled daily activities
  • You will greet all guests as they arrive/depart the beach area
  • You will assist guests as needed.
  • You will communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e., special requests, amenity delivery)

Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
  • Scheduling flexibility
  • The ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs regularly
  • The ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
